Well, your poll isn't very clear. Is it an IPv6 service that I'm paying more for, or is it IPv6 support in system or software FOO, or?
I expect to pay less for IPv6 service --- less hassle, less complexity, no address space shortage... however, *ARIN* continues to charge essentially the same to ISPs for IPv6.

I'd pay something reasonable like $5/month for it for the time being if it made the difference between it being available or not.

No way I'm going to pay for that. We will be upgrading to IPv6 no matter what, so why should I pay extra for it? If I don't pay for it, I won't get IPv6 support? That means I won't have Internet access!

IPv6 = mandatory. No IPv6 = No Internet access. As Aris said above "it is not an additional feature, lack of it is a defect". ISPs who will offer that for an extra fee are obviously milking their customers. End-users who will pay for it needs to be educated, seriously.

No, because I already expect this from the whole package. IPv6 support is not an additional feature you pay for, instead lack of is a defect of the network connectivity.
